Moneesh spent most of his childhood in London but his family eventually moved to Liverpool. His journey in recruitment started in the healthcare industry in London. He also spent the 2 years specialising in the accountancy market, gaining an insight to the world of practice. 

In his free time, Moneesh enjoys being a dad to his lovely kids, a boy and two girls. He participates in Lion and Dragon dancing at the local Kung Fu club in Liverpool City Centre and helps in the annual Chinese New Year Celebrations.
