Jodie started working in a hotel as a Junior Receptionist in 2005 and worked her way up to Financial Controller. After leaving the hotel, Jodie moved to an investment company focusing on Credit Control. The company invested in recruitment agencies giving Jodie the idea to challenge herself and jump across to the other side.

Married with 3 kids (if you include my husband.) Outside of work, they are involved in the VW community, attending regular festivals, and organising campouts. Their VW van was self-built in 2020 and filmed by channel 4, George Clarkes Amazing Spaces.
