Jen began her recruitment career working at a leading finance and accountancy recruitment agency in the West Midlands, specialising in transactional and part qualified finance. After relocating to the North West, Jen joined the Adele Carr team as a Consultant covering junior and entry level accounts positions in the Warrington Area. She has a passion for building relationships and prides herself on providing a top quality service to clients and candidate.

Outside of work Jen enjoys reading, martial arts, and partying with her friends. When she can, Jen also enjoys travelling to Southampton to visit her family.
