Gemma’s passion for Recruitment began in 2014 when she joined a regional Recruitment Agency specialising in all Commercial based roles with Finance and Accounting being a huge part of that.

Since joining ACR she has been able to add to her experience, passion and drive to provide an outstanding service to our clients.

Gemma’s background is mainly within Hospitality Management and Sales. She was the Director of her own company within the Waste and Recycling industry building her own profile from scratch. Since the little one came along she made the decision to return to her recruitment roots and find a work and family life balance, doing a job she gets the most satisfaction from.
