ADELE CARR FINANCIAL RECRUITMENT IS OFFICIALLY THE BEST PLACE TO WORK IN THE NORTH WEST Staff at Adele Carr Financial Recruitment are celebrating after the firm beat 26 other north west finalists to the Crains Best Place To Work 2010 Award in the Nearly Big category. The Warrington based recruitment agency has continued to offer rewards and incentives for good performance of its team despite the economic downturn as well as continuing to invest in training and offering flexible working hours for parents. Said Managing Director and mother of four Adele Carr, “It is important that the team has a pleasant working environment and a good work life balance. Our team are rightly rewarded when they do well and we like to have as much fun as possible. We communicate our results quarterly and go out for a drink whatever the outcome.” Administrator Alicia Little (21) from Warrington said, “I enjoy coming to work and I don’t think many 21-year-olds would say that. I previously worked for a company for a year doing administration but didn’t feel part of the team. As soon as I got here I knew I meant something and they have helped me progress by paying for my NVQs so I can better myself.” Accounts manager Julie Doyle who is benefitting from further training said “I have worked at various companies but have never worked anywhere better in my life. There’s lots of flexibility.” Adele Carr Financial Recruitment are shirt sponsors to Warrington Wolves and also sponsor home grown players Ben Harrison and Chris Riley and also sponsor racehorse Las Verglas Star. The award was received by Adele Carr, Andrew Brown and Diane Chance at a glitzy awards luncheon attended by 350 north west business professionals at The Piccadilly Ramada Hotel in Manchester.
