He has an exceptional knowledge of the local recruitment market and has successfully recruited for a variety of businesses, including “Top 4” firms and blue chip companies.
Andrew specialises in qualified recruitment and has placed a number of the regions senior finance personnel.

The newest addition to the board, Helen joined the team at the beginning of 2008 on her 10th anniversary as a recruiter. Helen started her career in a Manchester based practice studying the ACA qualification before joining a national finance recruiter. 7 years later, with experience as a regional manager, she headed to Sydney to recruit and manage teams in the Australian market. Helen has always been heavily involved in staff recruitment, management & development whilst recruiting at all levels of finance but with a particular passion for temporary recruitment. She now focuses on Senior Interims.

Senior Manager
Diane Chance has over 10 years recruitment experience specialising in the temporary marketplace. Diane previously worked with a national agency for approximately 5 years specialising in accountancy recruitment.
She has an extensive knowledge of the local temporary marketplace and during her experience has placed candidates into both short and long-term positions (of which a high % have resulted in the candidate being offered a permanent role) within a variety of organisations from small family-run companies up to large blue-chip companies.
